Introduction
Hi, I’ve just had PVs (14) and a SunSynk battery installed, currently working through handover and looking to change our existing Octopus contract to something more appropriate. I’m in Scotland (Azimuth 29 degrees), so not expecting miracles, but 10 of my PVs are facing almost due South.
I brought my dongle onto my WiFi and had a first crack at configuring Connect, only to find that my installer has committed the serial number to an account that they appear to have created for me. I’m sure a quick call after the long weekend will put this right.
I tried to add some photos but upload fails repeatedly.

There is a form at the bottom of the "Sunsynk Connect" Web page. It was a very simple process for me. They just changed permissions on my existing account.
