LI-AGM

Hi, I have a client who has an 8kw 1ph inverter with lithium batteries installed, but no BMS coms to the inverter, I noticed on the app that the battery voltage has been dropping to 44v this is below both the set 50v low voltage, 49v shutdown voltage on the last few days, not much sun these last few days in the UK. He has high electricity demand and empties the batteries each day. Can there be a discrepancy in the battery voltage and the inverter displayed voltage, or is this a correct reading and the batteries have discharged to this voltage? For a temporary measure, I have set the inverter to charge from the grid to maintain the SOC, he has no off-peak electricity tariff.

Many thanks in advance for your assistance.

Is it worth doing a software update, I have seen online about a sleep setting for the inverter when SOC getts low. 1 is running 5.3.7.4 other is 3.3.7.4
