Aux port: AC Couple OFF Batt - isn't working?
I have a 0.8kW inverter connected to the AUX port. Port itself if in the Microinverter mode.
Export in the SS 3.6 is set off.
It looks like the AC Couple OFF Batt option doesn't do anything. I tested it a few times, and even when the battery charge state exceeds the set level AUX port is still AC coupled. SunSynk is grid-tied.
Do I miss anything?
I requested a SunSynk inventer firmware upgrade, but it didn't solve the issue. I have sorted it via the rule on my HomeAssistant but it's not something I can rely on. An option would be to allow export but I would prefer to have limited on the Inventer and Home assistance.
Is anyone using this option to control the AUX microgrid? Many thanks.
