F59
2 weeks ago I installed a 5kw Sunsynk Inverter and Sunsynk Battery by a qualified Electrician. Their job was neat and professional and the necessary beakers and serge protection was installed.
The next day 5mins after retuning to grid power after a period of loadshedding it brought up a fault (F59). I live in a complex and no other owners on the same supply reported issues with their inverters/devices.
The installer has been to me twice this week and so far has:
1. Liased with Sunsynks forums
2. Done a upgrade on the inverter an the Sunsynk battery
3. Confirmed that his installation is perfect.
4. Brought a second battery to exclude a battery fault.
He ha since retuned my new inverter to a testing centre via his supplier. The repair can take up to a month. I really feel that the inverter arrived with a factory fault and should be replaced rather than repaired.
I trusted that Sunsynk as a reputable company would understand my frustration and would have no hesitation to replace my inverter with a new inverter yet they insist on having the brand new inverter inspected.
Please can assist me with as I am looking at a month without my brand new expensive headache.
Prashant
