Second String
I have recently had a sunsynk inverter (16A) and battery installed together with ten 400W solar panels. 7 of those panels (south facing) are wired into string 1 and work fine. However the other 3 (east facing) have been wired into string 2 and produce a max input of roughly 108V and no current. I think I am correct in saying that the min voltage per string is 150V and therefore that the installer has misconfigured the system. Can someone who actually does this for a living confirm whether I am right or not please? I can provide further details should that be necessary.

Thanks again. The three east facing panels have optimizers fitted, so the simplest would seem to be to add them to string 1
