Estimated battery run time
I've been using the app now for a couple if months. Apart from the information not truly reflecting what the inverter screen is showing I would like to see an estimated battery run time based on current load.
This would give customers the option to turn off devices etc to eek out the battery power until the next charge.
An other thing I would like to see is an arrow showing direction of power flow rather than a moving dot. This will be more useful for customers who want to take screen shots of the app. You can instantly see what is happening and it is more akin to what is shown on the inverter screen.
Lastly if a micro inverter or grid tied inverter is connected the app shows a constant 7 to 9 watt usage for the circuit. For me it would be better seeing the power being generated from the micro inverter. The simplest way would be to calculate the difference between total power going into the battery minus the power being generated from the pv or grid import.
We need some sort of method for putting forward app improvements, hopefully Keith will review and implement these suggestions.
