Sunsynk Connect Data Migration

This morning I received an email from Sunsynk saying:

"Dear Customers, We have now completed phase 2 of 3 of the migration to the new data centre in London, United Kingdom. From here on, any... "

This may be the reason that many have been experiencing issues.

It is the first I have heard of this change - or have I missed the communications telling us what is being planned and that there might be some disruption?

Hmm, your talking on behalf of installers? I’m not sure I’m what capacity but don’t think that installers of this kit who may have received dozens of calls from their customers who themselves believe their systems have got a problem will be an issue to them?

I can assure you that my option is not due to naivety, it’s understanding the corrosive effect of negative publicity.
