Has anyone else has some strange experiences with the Sunsynk Connect app over the last month?

I have seen ours start force discharging the battery when on live pricing and now it doesn't seem to be able to read the state of charge on the battery?

I am assuming the regular log outs are updates being pushed live, but the platform seems really unstable. Haven't has the system long so I don't know if this is normal.

Anyone else experiencing strange things?

Hi all, I'm in Cape Town, South Africa and have an installation where the grid keeps connecting and disconnecting for no reason. Any advice?

It has dropped more than 10 times since the 19th August.
