Logger User Level Access Change Request

There are 3 different user levels:

1. New User

A new user can create their own plant but is unable to make changes to paramiters etc.

2. Installer

A installer can create a new plant, edit all paramiters and share plants with their customers. They can also change their customers user level so they can access certain or all settings / paramiters.

2. Registered Installer

A registered installer can create a new plant, edit all paramiters and share plants with their customers. They can also change their customers user level so they can access certain or all settings / paramiters.

In addition to this, registered installers can also push updates and upgrades to their customers inverters.

Note, when you first sign up to our platform you are given the "New User" user access level, if you need a higher level of access you can speak to your installer, give them your username who can then change your customer level and grant you access to some of the more advanced features. If you are an installer and you need a higher level of access please fill in the form below and the Sunsynk support team will guide you.
