Overload reset
On two occasions I have overloaded the 5K Inverter while running on batteries. When this happens, the unit cuts the power and beeps. It then beeps for a hell of a long time. Not sure how long, but the UPS on my computer starts complaining that the battery is going flat, so it must be at least 10 minutes. During this time the power button doesn't do anything. To reset it I have to switch off the batteris and the solar.
The next problem is turning it back on, it doesn't automatically put the power back on. I think it has another 5 minutes before it turns on. There is no indication on the display on why it isn't supplying power. And then magically after about 5 minutes it starts supplying power.
Please let me know what is going on here, and how to do a quick reset.
The unit never goes over 5K by much. Why is it tripping straight away, without any warnings. My previous inverter would start beeping, giving me adaquate time to turn off whatever I had just turned on. So overload wouldn't be more than 1 second. But with Sunsynk, it trips, and then stays off.
Let me know how I can sort this out, as it is quite annoying.

Have 3 batteries, so should be able to supply 360A. But you do have a point about the maximum current. I checked the settings, and had it on 115A. That would equate to about 6KW. When I went into the settings and tried to change the Discharge Amps, it only allowed me to enter 275. But when I saved and went back in, it had gone back to 115. The maximum I could take it was 120. So that is part of the problem. It is probably tripping when the current reaches about 80% of that setting, which is around 5K. So either this is a physical limitation of the power (which means they lied about the 10K from 10 seconds), or they have a firware bug. There has to be a firmware bug when it says the max is 275 but then only allows 120, even with the correct Battery Capacity.
