Issues with New Install
Hi All,
Wondering if someone can assist me. I think i know what the issue is but wanting to check and Support have not been that helpful.
I got my Solar Panels, 3 Batteriies and Inverter installed yesterday. Everything went well and last night my batteries drained really quickly.
Today and during the night the batteries did not charge from the Grid or from the Solar Panels. it actually exported electricity. Small amount but still.
I spoke to support and we restarted each of the batteriies. Once doiing this the Batteries started charging from the Grid. All but 1 of them that still says it has 48% and it has said that since it was installed.
On looking at the suspect battery it appears that what i believe the Switch underneith it has Tripped. Support say this is not the case yet this switch the the oposite of the other ones i have.
Can anyone advise what to do. All my batteries are showing online in the App
