Zero load
Strangely for a few days now our load has been either as much as 7w/h or zero. Even when I use excessive loads it doesn't appear on the app. Octopus shows as importing it when I need to use the grid however so somewhere there is a disconnect. Seems the app thinks my batteries have charge but they aren't depleting because load is zero. Any ideas?

If the inverter is not generating power the load will show zero. You will be importing power from the grid.
Have you checked that all the circuit breakers are closed?
When yo have PV power is it showing as powering the load?
Can you share a daily generation graph?
