Batteries not charged by generator when grid off
2 X 12Kw Sunsynk 3 Phase in parallel. 20Kwa diesel generator. Phases connected in identical order. Not connected to aux- but to simply function as grid back-up. When grid goes off, ac light goes off. Generator starts, change over & ac light comes on, but inverter does not take load and batteries are not charged despite Hz, volt etc within parameters. When grid comes on again, despite switch over from generator to grid, normal function i.e. battery charging, only resumes after generator completely stops, having run through it cooling off period. Any idea what the problem can be?

Gald you have resolved it. Working with generators can be a bit of a challenge.
