Hi all,

I have looked at previous posts but to be honest find them all get too technical.

I am just about to transfer for electricity tariff to one that includes cheap electric though 12am-5am and therefore plan to charge my 5.12kwh battery.

On the surface it seems quite simple, I just change the settings to grid charge the battery to 100% between those times to benefit from it later but I see other posts going into loads of details, such as only charge to 80% or talks of grid shaving which I have no idea what it is.

So essentially my question is whether I need to consider anything else other than what I have described above regarding charging to 100% in the required times and hopefully as simple as that.
