I have 2 sites with the same problem:-  where if there is no grid power and batteries run flat to below set value on a parallel system with 2 or more inverters. The inverters will not charge batteries if it is sunny and solar power is available. The only way to get it to charge the batteries is to disable parallel mode and switch of extra inverters and let it run on one inverter only.
