I get "Logger Does not Exist" when trying to add my logger on ios app
I'm not sure if it's just me but after reading the manual 3 time I simply can not add a new plant and my inverter using the steps as described:
1) I press the + top right, then
2) "I do not have an installer, continue to creaete"
3) Then scan the QR code on the Wifi dongle
- The I get "Logger Does not Exist"
I got my dongle in the inverter shipping box (i.e. not after purchase). The dongle is connected to my Wifi and I can see the website when I go to the local IP (although I only see one page not multiple tabs as some documents show).

OK, I think I figured a bit out here, there are two apps, 1) SunSynk connect (the one we should use) and 2) Solarman (the one I used get above). Problem is the SunSynk app and website does not allow me to register as it times out and never sends me an activation code (Since yesterday now).
The bad experience continues...
