Sunsynk Inverter Displays Unstable Battery SOC – Has Anyone Else Encountered a Similar Issue?
I'm using a Sunsynk inverter with a lithium battery and have noticed that the SOC reading is unstable during daily use.
Specifically:
SOC fluctuates rapidly in short periods.
When the load changes, That's Not My Neighbor SOC jumps erratically.
The battery still has charge, but the system reports it's nearly empty.
My current setup:
Sunsynk inverter (hybrid)
Lithium battery with BMS and CAN communication.
Recent inverter firmware update.
I want to ask:
Is this usually due to BMS configuration, firmware, or battery calibration?
Has anyone tried recalibrating the SOC and what were the results?
Should I prioritize using the SOC from the BMS or the inverter for better system stability?
I'd appreciate hearing about the practical experiences of others using Sunsynk in similar environments. Thanks in advance.
