App problems
Nearly two weeks since app, on my iPad, and I phone stopped functioning. I messaged my installer, who told me that numerous users were having same problem, and to hang in till Sunsynk resolved it. After a couple of days, th app started to partially function, BUT, in iPad the power flow page is blank.
On the iPhone, it takes 5 or more attempts to get the power flow page to display, and any change of page loses it again.
I rang my supplier- Effective home, who weren’t aware of problem, displayed little interest, and said it was for Sunsynk to resolve. Phone Sunsynk. Who said firmware on my inverter was out of date when installed. They said they would try to update firmware remotely which should resolve it. Still got same issues. Phone my installer, who has been bombarded with complaints, and is frustrated that Sunsynk are not communicating with customers when ther are issues, or appearing to resolve the issue for us.What is going on?

Likewise - but my installer - Contact Solar - has been more helpful. They said:
“There is an issue with Apple devices and the app. Please use the website while Sunsynk look to resolve the issue. They have not updated us with a time frame. I am sorry about the inconvenience.

When you login via the website, click on your plant name to view the power flow info as before.
