I've asked this question numerous times and as far as I know there is dead silence from SunSynk. The question is: Is there a Sunsynk Data Dongle available anywhere that comes with BOTH WiFi AND RJ45 plug for a LAN connection. I've recently been forced to but the WiFi ONLY version, as no-one at SunSynk can answer if there is or if there is, or there are plans for ,an RJ45 version?
Hi, I am trying to connect the data logger to the app but I get "device bound" message. Please advise how to resolve this?
Hi Sunsynk Team. Any idea what's happening with the Data Logger. Seems that there is a substantial loss of history data as no data is available fkr download, and looking at any history there is no graphs on the Mobile App either. Anybody now what's going on here, and whats happened to all the data. Thanks Colin

Hi,
would it be possible to display the Investment Return Rate as well as the Energy Conservation stats on the browser app?
Currently these only display in the mobile app, but I would also want to see these stats on the browser app.
