With the new Sunsynk data logger...

Soon to be released is our new Sunsynk Data Logger!

With our data logger you will have the ability to realtime monitor, change paramer settings, force out software updates and more, from anywhere in the world provided that you have an internet connection.

The Sunsynk data logger not only has Wi-Fi compatabily, but also has a Ethernet port (Rj45) for the those of you who aren't near enough to your Wi-Fi access point to get a strong enough connection.

Our data logger and platform is currently in the beta testing stage with some of our installers and customers, we are hoping to release the final products in the coming weeks along with the mobile friendly app version which will be available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

There are 4 different user levels on our platform:

1. New User

A new user can create their own plant but is unable to make changes to paramiters etc.

2. Installer

A installer can create a new plant, edit all parameters and share plants with their customers. They can also change their customers user level so they can access certain or all settings / paramiters.

3. Approved Installer

An approved installer can create a new plant, edit all parameters and share plants with their customers. They can also change their customers user level so they can access certain or all settings / paramiters.

In addition to this, approved installers can also push updates and upgrades to their customers inverters.

4. Advanced User

A advanced user can create a new plant, edit all parameters and share plants. However. they do not have access to the upgrade feature and are unable to access the "customer" portal, this is were installers can set users permissions.

Note, when you first sign up to our platform you are given the "New User" user access level, if you need a higher level of access you can speak to your installer, give them your username who can then change your customer level and grant you access to some of the more advanced features. If you are an installer and you need a higher level of access please fill in the form below and the Sunsynk support team will guide you.
