1. New User
A new user can create their own plant but is unable to make changes to parameters etc.
An installer can create a new plant, edit all parameters, and share plants with their customers. They can also change their customer's user level so they can access certain or all settings / parameters.

In addition to this, approved installers can also push updates and upgrades to their customer's inverters.

Note: When you first sign up to our platform you are given the "New User" user access level, if you need a higher level of access you can speak to your installer, and give them your username who can then change your customer level and grant you access to some of the more advanced features.
