Has anyone found effective ways to deal with those waves of anxiety that come out of nowhere? I’m not talking about just breathing exercises or distractions — I mean something that helps you actually understand what’s happening in your mind and why you react the way you do.

I recently went through a period where anxiety felt completely overwhelming, mostly due to study pressure and looming deadlines,, Every assignment and project seemed like too much to handle at once and I struggled to stay focused. During that time, I decided to use publication services to help manage my workload.
