Battery settings: Sunsynk 10kWh batteries

Hi all

I have a Sunsynk 12kW 3-phase inverter with two Sunsynk 10kWh batteries (SUN-BATT-10.24) and six Canadian Solar panels.

Recently, the inverter stopped communicating with the batteries (via CAN) and our installer has suggested that I switch the battery type from Lithium to AGM V for the time being to allow us to continue using the battery power. This seems to work as an interim solution, but I wanted to make sure that the Batt charge settings are correctly configured on the inverter.

The battery manual specifies the following:

* Nominal voltage: 51.2 Vdc

* Nominal capacity: 200Ah

* Charge voltage: 55.68 - 56.16 Vdc

* Discharge voltage: 45.6 - 56.16 Vdc

* Nominal charge/discharge current: 100A

* Max charge/discharge current: 200A

Currently, the following is configured on the Batt Charge screen of the inverter:

* Float V: 55.2 V

* Absorption V: 57.6 V

* Equilization V: 57.6V

Would someone with more experience please advise if these settings look correct or if I should configure different settings for the Float V, Absorption V and Equilization V given that the Batt Type is currently configured as AGM V and there is no BMS communication?

Many thanks

Hanru
