Sunsynk App not working, so I can't see my panels’ energy generation and battery usage. Any advice on how to resolve this?

Good day. I have a Sunsynk12-SG04LP3

3 phase. My Grid phases are not equal in voltage on the Muncipality side. Inverter trips intermittently and My lights flicker sometimes. Battery is above 54%.

Is there any settings which can be incorrect? Thank you Derek

Hi, is there a Windows desktop app to use instead of using wixclubs as trying to absorb all this info on a iPhone screen is combersome.

Hi I have 4 x 12 lipo4

To give 5kw ish

As such I can monitor the voltage to the inverter very accurately, however when you look at the reading on the inverter it's at least 0.5 of a volt over can I rectify this as it may effect how the batteries are charged.

My Sunsynk app is down again! Does anyone know why this keeps happening?

It is 6 days now and I don't know how to contact Sunsynk by email.

I tried contacting Support, there was a phone number but the mailbox was full, I found another number and the mailbox was full, I then tried emailing but the mailbox was full, I think I then opened a support call and kept asking foor updates daily and they sent round my installer to tell me to stop messaging them or else, I didn't get what the or else was so since then I have not bothered but relied on this support group. Now, things may have improved but by the sounds of things maybe not.
