I am the customer just purchased an Inverter SunSynk 5kw with the Greenrich 5kw lithium batter. The installer came for the installation in mid February and it looks functioning well but I was amazed after when I checked with one of your class saying if the inverter is not communicating with the battery might be a caple. According to the way is function it looks ok but when you press on a lithium battery button is showing lots of data. It doesn't give battery information as per your class lecture. May you please assist on this!
I also have a concern. My brand new Sunsynk 8 KW Hybrid went down on 20230311. Sunsynk Technical worked it remotely for 16 days. Then the installer came to collect 20230328 and sent to Heroldts/Sunsynk but still no feedback or resolution. Is it normal service for Sunsynk to leave an installation dysfunctional for a month plus every time something goes wrong? Especially given that this was a February 2023 supply and installation?
I had to wait more than 90 days to get feedback on 'n inverter that was installed by the same person that installed my other 2 inverters. First it was 3 weeks, then 6 weeks and then they said their SLA is 9 weeks. If I knew that Sunsynk had such bad after sales service, I would have gone for Victron.

Is the max capacity battery 120 kw on the 50kw 3 phase inverter?
So if my load is constant 30kw/hour , i will only have approximately 3 houers battery backup (96kw) 20% left in battery’s .
What must i do if i need 16 hours battery backup?
