Before doing any upgrade on the Sunsynk UI please check that the inverter is newer than:- 1904 xxxx

If older than this model number then the only upgrade that can be done is

E410 Otherwise you will damage the inverter.


Please take care to check the ID number of the inverter before attempting any new upgrade.

Is it possible to discharge the battery in the evening, regardless of load on the system. I would like to be able to do this so I export to the grid in the evening, and then top up the battery on cheap rate from the grid at night.

Feature improvement request: please increase the limit on the Export Power Limiter from 3900W to a higher figure. I need to set mine to 4600W. I have two arrays and two inverters running independently. My DNO allows me to export up to 4.6 kW, but my 3.6 kW Sunsynk inverter won't allow more than 3.9 kW through the CT clamp. I am losing income because of this. I understand the value of being able to set an export power limit. I don't understand why it has to have a maximum value.

You will need to get a larger inverter if you want to increase your rated output.

I would like to upgrade my software please advise how.

I belive this is why my clock hasn't updated overnight when the clocks changed in the

Uk for daylight savings.

Hi ,

My sunsynk inverter did never upgrade automatically and my dongle also doesn't want to connect to the app. The ID are new 2202079351 please help how to do it manually?
