How Programming Homework Help Can Boost Your Coding Skills

Trying to get Sunsynk Connect up and running

I am able to access my account via a web browser but on trying to use the same login details in the Sunsynk App (iOS) I am told account or password combo is incorrect. On trying to use Forgot Password functionality I just get “Service Error” and no verification code is sent. Not a great sign of things to come. Any known solutions? work in Progress I hope. Thanks.

I use 2 accounts, one for the app and one for support site, it maybe that the app doesn't know about your support site account.

I would suggest trying to setup an account using the app
