Sunsynk 5 kW battery tipped and do not reset
The alarm light AND the 2 top green LED's is on even after restarting the battery
When I disconnect the Sunsynk main battery fuses and reset/ restart the battery, the battery errors disappear.
Same thing happens with the BMS plugged in or not.
Is there a way to do another type of reset?

This install is about 8 months old. New people renting now. During Loadshedding they used an extra item. An ACU. 1200BTU. It ran a while then the battery BMS tripped. The SOC of the battery is still on 85%. He told me the inverter (or battery) tripped the previous day as well. He switched everything off and on again
Then it worked. But this time it does not want to reset. I noticed that on the Sunsynk inverter screen it says "no battery)
All settings are ok and I will send it as I took photos. .....it just looks like the Battery BMS output does not allow for the battery to switch on......I do have a Sunsynk can bus programming cable. Can I use it to log into the battery to see anything. ....thanks for your valid help
