Inverter and App display
I have had installed on the 5th February an AC coupled hybrid inverter and battery
system added to my existing solar panels and associated inverter. As the Sunsync is AC coupled I assume that the Grid input display also includes the AC from my existing solar inverter. Is this correct? Also on the app display the grid amount will also include the solar generated AC. Please comment on this and is there any work around to make the displays correct.

A negative is supposed to indicate that you are exporting power. So I suggest that you confirm whether you system is exporting or importing power to confirm that the CT is pointing in right direction.
FYI - this is my generation graph from yesterday. You will notice the light blue graph is the combined excess power exported from both inverters from my system. The SS inverter has a max PV of 3000W and the export limit is set to 3000W, the SMA has PV of 6000W and is limited to export 5000W. Yo may ask why do I limit the SS inverter. It means that when the export reaches 3000W the SS inverter reduce the PV ro almost 0W and only the PV from the SMA will be used to export power so I never exceed the 5000W limit set by my service provider. If I did not limit the export on the SS it would export a total of 8000W.
But like I said earlier, the LCD screen is a bit confusing when using this type of configuration.
