Config problems after faulty isolator switch replaced

Hi

I had problems with my system (8kw inverter, 6.5kw array and 3x5kwh batteries) that I posted about previously. Turns out it was a faulty isolator switch which was replaced a couple of weeks ago. When the installer and SunSynk were diagnosing the issue they made config changes and ran a firmware update on the inverter. I don't know what changes they made, but after the install it's not working the same as it was before. I've asked SunSynk and the installer what has changed but I'm getting nothing back from them.

The way it used to work was:

- charged batteries to 90% overnight from midnight to 05:30 on cheap Intelligent Octopus tariff (ideally this should actually be 23:30 to 05:30 but the installer couldn’t get that working…)

- Batteries would discharge down to 10% during the day.

- Solar would charge batteries to 100% during the day if there was sufficient sun (difficult to test right now).

After the isolator was replaced there were various config issues which were eventually resolved.

We still had issues where the battery would only discharge down to 20%, not 10% as before. Also, at the point where the battery had got down to 20% and stopped discharging, the house usage and grid input were showing as double what they actually were.

I “fixed” the issue with the battery only going down to 20% by changing the low battery value from 20% to 10%. See screenshot.

We still have the problem where when the battery gets down to 10% and stops discharging, the house usage / grid usage shows as double what it actually is. See other screenshots. These currently show that our actual usage in the house is 3.7kWh. But the app shows 7.6kwh live usage.

I would like to know:

- why does our house/grid usage show as double what it actually is once the battery has discharged to the configured limit.

- Are our other settings correct/advisable? Ie - are we ok to discharge to 10%? Are we ok to charge to 90% every night? Can we charge to 100%. Are we ok charging to 100% from solar?

Again, see screenshots.

Thanks!
