AC present but not switching in.
Hi Guys,
I installed a 5kva inverter at a client.
First time I've ever encountered this.
The Main AC income is reading 230v on a multimeter, the indicator light on the inverter is on but the AC won't switch in.
System operate as it should in off grid mode but grid AC won't switch in to supply load or charge batteries.
Any ideas on a solution.

I have had a similar situation recently with a 8kw machine and a 5kw machine. UPS only.
My solution was to force the charge by setting the timer up in System mode to work all the time and charge to 100% and then in Grid setting changing the Re connection time from 60sec to 20sec, then I turned the whole system off waited 5min then turned it all back on ( a system restart) and i have not had the same issue again.
Also just make sure that the System Mode 2 that Priority Load is un-ticked.
