Inverter Switches on and off continuously

We have a Sunsynk 12kW system with a 14kWh battery. When the battery gets to 32% when there is no grid, the inverter keeps turning on and off. What could be  the cause of this?

What are the setting you have on the Battery setup/Shutdown screen (on the inverter).

What type of battery is the 14kW battery?
