Newbie (sorry!) questions.....help

Home user with 5.5kWh ECCO Hybrid in the UK:


  1. why does the clock keep resetting itself to 1 hour slow (is it the sync to internet flag)?

  2. As a home user, is there an app I can use to simply monitor the unit over home wifi other than the horrendous process of trying (and failing) to set up the ludicrous plant, factory, etc etc? We have connected the datalogger to home wifi but wtf is all this plant/factory rubbish?

  3. Should I be doing a firmware/software update and if so where do I find it, and what is the process please?

As a general observation after 1 day, the ECCO seems a good piece of kit, and we managed to figure out how to get the basics working despite the "manual" !!

  3. That's the problem - what version am I on (out of the box), what bug fixes (and new bugs 😉) are in later releases, and what extra functionality.


It may be that in due course older versions cease being supported too.
