Dongle not connected to WiFi

I had an issue with the router that the dongle was connected to. I had the issue resolved, but now I do not know how to reconnect my Sunsynk inverter to the WiFi, so my app shows as off-line. Please can someone help?

I just had my unit and batteries installed. The dongle wouldn’t complete setup.


The dongle page would say connected ok, but DNS lookup failure and nothing more.


I couldn’t see the device on the router’s DHCP table.


So ticking the box to use a manual IP address and providing correct IP, Netmask and Gateway had it working fine.


If you see the same problem it is worth noting.


The route cause was due to the router running out of DHCP addresses in the address pool.
