Batteries dropping lower than expected.
Morning everybody - bit of advice required please.
3.6Kw Hybrid inverter and 2 x 5Kw Sunsynk batteries
After a very successful summer of running the house of the batteries and panels, and feeling plenty of KWh into the grid, we are in the winter period of little or no solar power generation.
I previously, after advice from this forum, set my SOC I. The system settings to 20% as per photo:
I have however, on a few occasions after a very dull cloudy day with no generation, noticed that the batteries have dropped to 18% before I start drawing power from the grid! Is this normal, even though the SOC setting is 20%?

Hmm! Interesting. I have to say, as others, things are not overly well explained in the manual. I guess I'll just keep and eye on things.
