Inverter RS232 port not working
My wifi dongle stopped working on my 5KW inverter. I replaced it with a new one, which also doesn't work. This points to an issue with the RS232 port. Any advice on how to troubleshoot this would be appreciated. Really hope that I don't have to send in my one year old inverter for repairs 😢

Thanks - I haven't powered down the inverter yet. There are no dongle lights on, not even the red LED which I was expecting to see when plugging it in. Let me try a full restart and then report back.
