hi, i went to look at friends setup today and fit a new battery, pretty straight foreward however i noticed the inverter wasnt grounded and one of the nuts holding the cable on the battery busbar was loose, fitted the battery and the inverter saw the battery, no fault codes, but it will not charge the battery or run the loads, 402 v coming in, battery at 80%. the battery will run the loads. any advice please
