Technical Support

I have a Solar panel system with batteries which was being managed by the supplier who now apears to have gone out of business. I have the app but do not appear to have access to the system via nay other means. i need to change the battery charge times. Initially i have been told to find another supplier but surely the system should be intelligence enough for me to do this eithere from the app or via the web but i dont seem to be able to share the details of the plant as it looks like its linked to the business email of the company.
