This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the actions Sunsynk has taken and continues to take to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and wider supply chain.
2. Our Business
Sunsynk designs, manufactures, and distributes renewable energy solutions including hybrid inverters, battery storage systems, and integrated energy platforms. With global operations and supply chains that span multiple regions, we recognise the importance of robust practices to manage potential risks of labour exploitation and to promote fair and ethical working conditions.
3. Our Approach to Governance
Sunsynk's commitment to responsible business practices is underpinned by a framework of internal policies and procedures that are being designed to promote ethical conduct, sustainability, and social responsibility.

Where serious concerns are identified, we will work collaboratively to resolve them or, if required, reconsider the relationship.
