Good day, my panels are not charging my inverter past 46% and as a result 30 minutes into the load shading our lights goes off, please urgently assist!!
Did the Remote Monitoring function on the Sunsynk page disappear? I cannot monitor my system online (can do so on the app though)
Hi, A new 8kw inverter, panels and 10 kw battery was installed at my house. I have a 5,5kva generator that has also been setup to provide power to the house when grid is off and battery is very flat. When installer left the inverter could “ see” the generator and draw power as needed. This however is no longer the case. Any advice please to reset the system so that the generator is also part of the system. Thank you, Ian
