Sunsynk products are covered by our standard manufacturer warranty as specified in the product documentation and warranty registration. Warranty terms vary by product and are subject to the conditions outlined in the specific warranty documentation provided with each product.

All warranties are subject to proper installation by a qualified and authorised installer, use of the product in accordance with the user manual and specifications, and timely registration of the product through our warranty registration portal.

Warranty claims must be submitted through our official support channels. Sunsynk reserves the right to inspect, repair, or replace products at its discretion. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, natural disasters, or failure to follow installation guidelines.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
