So that manuals say this is fault will come up when the inverter is in split-phase mode and the load of L1 and L2 are different.
So how can that happen on a single-phase inverter??

I have recently had a Sunsynk installation with battery and wondering which SEG provider to go with.
Is the Battery compatible with Intelligent Octopus Flux as it is not listed?
Open to suggestions. I am currently with Eon Next on a standard fixed tariff due to expire mid September for reference

Hi all,
About to install one of the above and want to check if it has galvanic isolation? If not I'll need RCD protection.
Does this inverter have a built in SPD and if so is it on the DC side?

Every so often my energy provider provides an hour of free electricity. I am wondering if, during this hour, it is possible to divert all my solar energy to the battery to charge it up for later. If so, how? Thank you

I also want to find out about charging batteries in winter time
Hi Emma, yes you can. Do you have the Sunsynk Connect APP online. You can set charging times for batteries when you’re go to settings and then system mode or you may call Sunsynk support and they would assist you with this.
