Had this problem too on 8kw unit. Also a 2023 unit see serial nmber. After online software updates, support calss etc for 3 weeks I took it to Sunsynk SA. Took near 7 weeks to be fixed.
Apparently a software fix only. Told that sometimes online updates don't work.
Now working well.
A 5kw also with a 2023 serial number had similar problem, think its a batch, but it was fixed with online update.
