F23 Error when charging batteries and high load

Hi folks,

For a wee while now, I've been getting fairly consistent f23 errors on my sunsynk 3.6 inverter.

After some trouble shooting, it appears to happen only when charging the batteries. It seems to happen more frequently when there is a high load on the house (8/9kWh and up) and batteries are charging, but has been seen to happen when there is small load on the house (800Wh ish)

The f23 error points to solar issues, but I'm still continually getting this error when the solar is completely isolated and disconnected.

I'm in process of upgrading firmware just to rule this out.

Sunsynk support have been of absolutely no use at all and have just re-iterated the fault codes and troubleshooting online, which has all been done.

Any ideas as at my wits end with this and not ideal not being able to charge batteries overnight on a cheap tariff when coming into winter

Thanks. it's 100% only when the batteries are charging, and appears to be regardless of load from the house, error is happening when load is minimal and batteries are charging. Even at a low rate of amps. I've not yet tried isolating the batteries (I've got 2 x US5000c and 1 x US2000c Pylontechs).

Other than re-doing all the connection points, and testing each battery independently, not sure what else can be done as, like i say, the issue is only occurring during battery charging
