16kva F56 error
Good evening all, have a 16kva Sunsynk with 4x Dyness BX51100 batteries all in Parralell to a Bussbar, When ever I add load over 3kva the inverter switches off and restarts, it also gives the error F56 Low Dc volt. The spec on the batteries are 50A discharge and because I have 4 is it set to 200A on inverter, but still the same problem persists. I had the same problem with the 8kva and 2 batteries and thought that If I upgrade will this eliminate the problem. Thank you

Good morning, the error was resolved and last night we ran almost 7kw from the inverter with not even a sweat. Thank you to Christian from ECA for comming through. After much fiddeling with the error codes, bms and inverter dipswitches, did we default the inverter to Factory and started again, and it all worked.
