F56 faults - Forced recharge shutdown
I have the Sunsynk5.5kw with a 7.4kw SolarMd battery. I have setup the Sunsymk to have low voltage warning at 25% SOC and shutdown at 20% SOC However with the SolarMd battery whenever the SOC reaches close to 30% the inverter shuts down with error F56 and no error indication on the battery.
On further investigation i found the below from the SolarMD website for Sunsynk.
Is there any setting in the Sunsynk that will ignore this message/request resulting in a shutdown at 30% with F56 error, effectively I can never go below 30% SOC.

Even looking at that wording from SolarMd "forced charging "commands and "Battery protection", it would seem the onus is on them. They obviously think that running the battery down to these levels is not optimal. Usually when running systems so low constantly the capacity is undersized for your purpose. When working out throughput and cycles I don't think it makes sense financially to cycle a small battery vs keeping it charged up from Eskom unless you rate is much higher
