Connected 1 x string of 7 (550w panels) .when I connect the 1 sting of 7 panels to PV1 it doesn’t work.Only works on PV2.

Your VOC for yor string of 7 x 550w panels is about 343 in total so is well within the limits.Can be a faulty MPPT.
