F41 - Parallel System Stop
Good day.
I have a site that has two 12Kw inverters in parallel with each other, software updates has been done numerous times however we still sit with the same error. The system runs fine till there is load shedding and then the above mentioned error pops up, after about 5min the system restarts and runs. Is there any reason why this error keeps popping up and how can i fix it?

I have 2 x 5.5kW inverters with F41 error. on one inverter the error went away after a few minutes. But on the other, error persists. I'm unable to see where Sunsynk responses are on comments?
