F64 HEAT SINK TEMPERATURE
Good day. We have a 10Kva Sunsynk inverter installed. Since Sunday it has been giving fault 64 Heatsink High Temp Fault.
System works at 45°C AC temperature & then suddenly shoots up to 86°C. It doesn't go higher gradually but at once shoots up. System then goes into bypass mode as inverter too hot?
But if you feel the inverter it is not hot at all. The sudden spike is a concern even at a very low load the temperature can spike.
A software update has also been done but it doesn't solve the problem
Should the inverter be taken down & brought in for inspection or is there an onsite solution?
We suspect a faulty temperature switch because of the sudden spike from 45°C to 86°C.
