Re-start Sunsync after battery overload
I have a 5kw system. When there is a grid power failure and the system runs off batteries, the system switches off, probably caused by an overload. How can I switch it on again? Currently I have to wait for grid power to be restored. This happens at night when there is no solar power.

Also ensure that all non essential loads are chosen wisely. Geyser, stove, air conditioners etc. The inverter should automatically contribute to the non essential loads during normal conditions. When grid is lost then only the essential loads will be fed via the battery/inverter. The essential load should not exceed the inverter rating and at least allow the installed battery capacity to run through the night with essential loads connected.
