Device is bound
Hi. First install - first post! Installed the system last week, now returned to install a WAP to connect the system to the customers phones. I've tried to connect to the data logger but once I input the SN and KEY it responds with Device is Bound. I think the customer may have tried to set it up themselves. Is there a way to reset it or am I missing something? Thank you in advanced.
